Well, not really.

I am not a copywriter so I don't know how to write those LOOOONG sales pages.

In addition to this, I respect your time and will not waste it by writing and filling this page with fluff.

So, let me get straight to the point here:

This is a web design questionnaire that I have used personally for my web design projects to generate over $10k+ till now and counting. The number is not random. I am not some theoretical GURU but a practitioner of my craft. I walk my talk.

I use this questionnaire for my web design projects on a regular basis.

How will this provide value to you?

• It will help you clarify the scope of the project. When you do that, you will be able to decide what you should quote to the client.
• It will filter out the bad apples. Some clients will not fill out the questionnaire, and you will know that a person who isn't ready to spend a few minutes to fill a questionnaire is just isn't serious about his project.
• It will make you look professional when you send this questionnaire to the client with your own watermark on it.
• You will no longer be confused about your process. Having a pre-defined process is necessary to instill confidence in one's own abilities as a professional. Take yourself seriously and develop protocols. You have to treat yourself as a business. And all businesses have set systems, and processes in place.
• After spending over a decade in the web design industry I know that you can have endless discussions with your clients but in the end, we are all human. We tend to forget. And Its always recommended to get everything in writing to keep a record for the duration of the project.

Who is this questionnaire for?

This questionnaire isn't for everybody.

I made this specifically for Web Design projects as I am a web designer myself.

But you can get a baseline idea about what you should ask a client whenever you want to start a project. So you can edit this template as per your need. I have provided it in a Word doc format too.

If you are a project manager you can use this questionnaire to clarify the scope of the project and then simply email this to your web designer.
